So, back from Botcon.  It was a good experience, and I'm happy I went.  I'm also really, really happy I waited until they were in state to go, instead of traveling out of.

I'm at Comic Con! As usual it is packed and things are spilling out into the streets like a festival. Of course that means the panhandelers are out in droves. Met some really cool people in the hostel I'm staying at. Roomie is nice and like bluegoddess and I, is one for going to bed early. We get along well. :D ( Read more... )

Am back. Did not catch on fire, get blown up, blasted, raped, mugged, crashed, arrested, indebted or any number of other unpleasant things.

I did get doujinshi, pretty artwork of random things, souvenirs, a pouch/purse, and the most awesome badass My Little Pony you ever did see. Once I glue it back together, that is. It did not travel well ( Read more... )

AnimeFEST was this weekend!  HOMG.  Homg homg homg.  And you know what this means, right? Besides violent heartmark abuse.

California was beautiful (and cool--- 78 degrees FTW!) and very thankfully didn't have any earthquakes while I was there.
